We work hard and fast at Picadilly! And we enjoy the days spent working outside in all weather, taking pride in the food we grow, harvest and eat. We are currently hiring a few more field crew members and weeders for the 2013 season. Full season field workers (9-10 months of the year) are generally hired in the fall and winter, and may be offered housing with the position. Short season (May-October) and summer season crew are hired on a rolling basis in the spring. Experience is preferred, and a sense of humor is required.
